Alua Helios Bay Hotel - Obzor

I have just returned from a very good stay in this budget hotel, great-sized and well-appointed rooms. Its location sorry to say I agree with the other reviews regarding the evening entertainment is quiet...

The really friendly staff accommodated all the needs...

i greatly enjoyed the well-appointed room and 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. the location was picturesque and peaceful there, very close to the sea.

Expect vibrant entertainment and a spacious beachside hotel experience with enticing culinary themes each night! Enjoy outdoor dining with panoramic views, but prepare for scarce sunbeds on busy days. A fantastic animation team brings excitement, yet communication hiccups can arise with staff. Adventure awaits just outside with local cafés and shops to explore!

The pool was so clean, and I loved the evening entertainment. The Asian and Spanish restaurants were fantastic!

Absolutely fantastic stay!

We had an very nice family stay with our three kids! The kids loved the playground and daily activities like table tennis and water polo.

For dads, it would be great if the pool water was warmer.

Parking is a hassle here, with the limited spaces often occupied, leaving you to worry about your car's safety. The access to the reception area is a pain, especially with luggage, due to a steep ramp that can tire you out before you even check in. The sunbeds near the pool vanish by 6:00 AM due to the towel reservation culture. Some amenities felt dated, and the beach sunbeds aren't included, costing an extra 7 LEVA each, a surprise when most places offer more. Lastly, the noise levels can be bothersome. It's anything but a peaceful retreat with guests shouting over each other.

Had a blast with friends! The kids' club was fun, and the free WiFi was a huge plus. We enjoyed activities like table tennis, water polo, and the playground. Great entertainment options for all ages kept us entertained. Perfect for a group getaway!

The room was pretty nice with a killer sea view! Cleaned daily, which I loved. It had a good amount of space and the beds were comfy enough. The towel decorations were a cute touch too. Only downside was the child bed wasn't great but we managed. A solid stay.

Amazing hotel with its outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour reception, and a fantastic restaurant. When I first stayed, the staff helped serve my elderly parents, which I appreciated. Highly recommend!

I loved the breakfast with tons of options and enjoyed some relaxing hours at the outdoor pool and spa. The hotel had a great vibe with fun activities. Just wish there were more lounge chairs available by the pool 😊
